ORGANIC FARMING FOR ALL THE CROPS OF OUR PROPERTIES

The “Due Pini” farm was founded in 1993 when Ermanno Coccoli and his wife Laura decided to work together. But the story of the Coccoli family with wine production dates back to the nineteenth century. 
The family, in fact, has carried out the activities of viticulturist and winemaker in the nearby area of Botticino DOC since 1803. The new land and the new types of wine gave life to this new adventure. Moreover, since 2006, the farm “Due Pini” has started growing organically all its productions, increasing the difficulties in cultivation but certainly working the nature in a better respectful way and obtaining a very interesting quality result. 
The “Due Pini” farm is located in Polpenazze del Garda, a very interesting cru, preserved from the pollution of the external environment thanks to the presence of the surrounding woods. 
The microclimate of Lake Garda and the presence of many streams intensify the particularity of this land. Moreover, thanks to the nature of the soil, of glacial origin and characterized by a great mineral and textural diversity, it is possible to produce a wide range of very different wines. 
The old vines, the organic farming, the passion for the land, the reasoned oenology and the pleasure of drinking good wines make the Coccoli family wines extraordinary. 
This is why we decided to give a distinguishing name to each wine with specific characteristics and strong personality. Nowadays Marco, young winemaker and sommelier, works with his father Ermanno and his mother Laura to give continuity to a long tradition.
